Cotter Dam Discovery Trail
As part of the project to enlarge the ACT’s Cotter Dam, a viewing platform and interpretive trail have been constructed. A visit to the trail gives students a chance to see the construction up close and experience the natural and heritage values of the Cotter area. Construction of the new dam is expected to be complete by December 2011.
ACTEW can provide tour guides to accompany school groups along the trail adding an extra dimension to the experience.
